Legal Notice / Terms of Service

Welcome to Soireebelleedit. By visiting our website (soireebelleedit.shop) and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Product Information and Claims

Our social and occasion dresses are designed for special events, evening wear, and elegant gatherings. Please refer carefully to our sizing guides before purchasing, as fitted evening wear, structured bodices, and long hemlines may drape differently depending on your body type and height. We do not make any claims that our clothing will fit every body type perfectly without minor professional alterations, which are standard for formal and special occasion wear.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display the colors, embellishments, textures, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in fabric drape, dye lots, or bead/sequin placement may occur.

3. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the store) at any time.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
